The company has an emergency service, adequately trained to handle critical cases and support the transportation chain at every stage, including the organisation of transfers, rescues and planned interventions.

The management of special waste, from industrial production, is complex both technically and administratively. The implementation of the transport of special, hazardous or non-hazardous waste, requires an adequate structure and qualified personnel, as well as the application of strict business procedures and responsibility assignments. STAR SpA operates in the transport of dry and liquid goods in bulk, even when not chemicals and special waste, but only when they compatible in a reasonable way with the other products to be transported and through the appropriate types of cleaning and washing. In particular, the steel and the raw materials industries for the production of biofuels and other miscellaneous materials (such as clay, sand, glass etc).
