OFFICE EMPLOYEE/OPERATIONAL OFFICE

Description

We are looking for a resource to be included in the Transport Operations Office to support the team in the following activities:

  • Management, organisation and optimisation of inland and inter modal transport;
  • Management and monitoring of fleet and sub-carriers;
  • Operational contact with drivers and sub-carriers;
  • Operational contact with customers;
  • Operational contact with internal technical office;
  • Related document management.

Requirements

  • previous experience in similar tasks in the field of intermodal transport and driver management is welcome;
  • Good knowledge of English. Welcome knowledge of German;
  • Outstanding skills of precision and analysis, ability to manage stress, dynamics, problem solving, creativity, good predisposition to interpersonal relationships;
  • Interest in Transport;
  • Office package knowledge (Excel, Word).

Employment conditions

Remuneration and classification are going to be commensurate with experience and skills.
